Transfer of Risk and Title. When you order an item at normastarbeauty.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. We will do all that we can to help in the event of a loss but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve.
Item Availability
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items. If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped via the originally selected shipping method as soon as they are available. The actual delivery date of your backordered item(s) depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s). Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at [305] 226-7956 and we will be happy to assist you. Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Because UPS does not ship to Postal Boxes, we can't ship to any postal box.
Address Correction Fee. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that doesn't match the city, etc.) UPS charges us a $5.00 address corrrection fee for Ground shipments and a $10.00 address correction fee for Air shipments. Due to this, we must receive full and fair reimbursement for this expense from the purchaser. We will charge this fee to the purchaser's credit card to offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the customer. The best way to avoid this fee is to provide complete and accurate address information for your order.
International Shipping. Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receivers responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECUASE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHAGED FOR OUR SHIPPING, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
When someone orders with a special request, we also ship, Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing item(s) is in stock.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
